Delivery is limited to sites in Jeddah, KSA.
Payment delays beyond the agreed period may result in equipment withdrawal.
Quotation validity is 15 days from the issue date. Minimum hire period is 150 days, with possible extensions.
Rental starts from equipment dispatch and ends upon return. Liability for damages, penalties, or losses is not covered by the second party.

Equipment must be loaded between 30%-70% of capacity.

Force majeure acts are the first party's responsibility.

No equipment modifications or repairs are allowed without consent.
Generator operation is limited to 12 hours daily.
